Take the middle and bottom horizontal matches off the three and make a 1 behind the eight.

Solution 1: 5 + 4 = 9
Move one match stick from the 6 to make it a 5 and add it to the 4 at the end to make a 9.
Solution 2: 0+4=4
Take the middle horizontal match from the 6 and turn it into a 0.
Solution 3: 8-4=4
Take one match stick from the + sign, making it a minus, and add it to the 6, turning it into an 8.
