A young banker decided it was time to upgrade his wardrobe and get his very first tailor-made suit.
He went to the finest tailor in town, got measured, and a week later came back for his first fitting.
As soon as he slipped on the suit, he looked sharp, like a man ready to take on Wall Street. Standing in front of the mirror, he admired the perfect fit, the crisp lines, and the confidence it gave him.
But as he reached down to slide his hands into the pockets, he paused — there weren’t any!
Puzzled, he turned to the tailor and said, “Excuse me, but this suit doesn’t have any pockets.”
The tailor raised an eyebrow and replied, “Didn’t you tell me you were a banker?”
The young man nodded, “Yes, I did.”
The tailor smiled and said, “Well then, who’s ever heard of a banker with his hands in his own pockets?”
A crusty old biker walks into a bank
A crusty old biker walks into a bank and tells the woman at the teller window, “I want to open a d-a.mn checking account.”
The astonished woman replies, “I beg your pardon, sir. I must have misunderstood you. What did you say?”
“Listen up, d-a.mn it. I said I want to open a d-a.mn checking account now!”
“I’m so sorry sir, but that kind of language is not tolerated in this bank.”
The bank teller leaves the window and goes over to the bank manager to inform him of her situation.
The manager agrees that the teller does not have to listen to that sort of language.
They both return to the window and the manager asks the old biker, “Sir, what seems to be the problem here?”
“There’s no d-a.mn problem,” the man says. “I just won 50 million dollars in the d-a.mn lottery and I want to open a d-a.mn checking account in this d-a.mn bank!”
“I see,” says the manager, “And is this b-i.tch giving you a hard time?”
